
Terms of Service
Appointment Scheduling:

Clients can schedule appointments through the online booking system available on the website.

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) may incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the original price or result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments through the online booking system or by contacting hello@treesinforest.com.au.
No-Show Policy:

If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), they may be charged the full session fee.

Persistent no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy:

Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure timely service for other clients.
Emergency or Exceptional Circumstances:

In cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances (e.g., sudden illness), exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients should notify hello@treesinforest.com.au as soon as possible in such cases.
Payment Policy:

Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking or before the scheduled appointment.

Accepted payment methods include online payments, cash is not accepted unless agreement is made between TiF and clients.

Future sessions will be declined or put on hold until outstanding invoices are paid.
Changes to Policies:

Trees in Forest (TiF) reserves the right to update or modify these booking and cancellation policies. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and up-to-date for booking and communication purposes.
