How to Book a Counselling Session

No GP referral is required — self-referrals are welcome.

01

Choose Your Service

Review the available service options to find the right fit for you. You can view TiF's professional details on website or on Psychology Today.

02

Review the Fees

Check the pricing structure for counselling sessions.

If you are accessing this through NDIS support, please note that all pricing aligns directly with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

03

Send an Inquiry

To streamline the intake process, direct website bookings are now closed.
You can submit a service inquiry through the messaging feature on website or Psychology Today, or by sending an email directly.

TiF will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your preferred consultation or scheduling options.

04

Prepare for Your First Session

Before your initial session, you’ll be sent a consent form and intake form via email.

Please complete and return them before we meet.
